The Black Hawk College Quad Cities Foundation honors and celebrates our scholarship donors and student recipients at the annual Scholarship Recognition Banquet held each September.

This cherished event allows donors and scholarship creators to see the direct impact of their generosity as they meet the students whose educational journeys they are supporting. The event allows donors to witness firsthand the immense difference their contributions make, building a sense of fulfillment and pride in helping shape the future of our communities and region.

For the 2023-24 academic year, the Black Hawk College Foundation at the Quad Cities Campus awarded more than $211,000 to 219 students.

The banquet allows students to express gratitude, share how scholarships have impacted their goals, and build lasting connections with donors, often leading to mentorship and enduring relationships beyond Black Hawk College. Scholarships ease financial burdens and offer vital support, empowering students to achieve their dreams.

The Scholarship Recognition Banquet unites donors and students, fostering community, collaboration, and a foundation for future success and lifelong learning.
