As a result, more students are choosing Black Hawk College because they see a welcoming, innovative institution dedicated to their success.

For eight decades, BHC has helped students build better lives while strengthening the communities we serve. Today, the College generates an estimated $291 million in economic impact for our region, and 98% of our students remain in the area after leaving BHC.

Those numbers tell an incredible story, but that story is really about people. It's about our graduates who built careers, raised families, started businesses, and strengthened their communities.
