Currently, scholarship applications are taken via a third-party vendor who adheres to current PCI compliancy, additional Privacy Policies and Terms of Use will vary from those of Black Hawk College Foundation or Black Hawk College. While we believe our third-party vendors are acting in good faith on your behalf and ours, as well as adhering to industry standards related to PCI compiancy, we cannot guarantee, warrant or otherwise insure the data you may share with them. While accessing third-party websites, you may have additional rights or stimulations as set forth by them.

  • Other interactive tools or functions on our site may collect other personal information from you, but in each case the personal information being collected is clearly marked at the time of collection.
