Shared Experiences and Stories
In September, we hosted our annual Scholarship Recognition Banquet, which brings together students and scholarship creators in a celebration of success and giving. Over $160,000 was awarded to 150 Quad Cities campus students. The average scholarship award for the 2022–23 academic year was more than $1,000 per student.
The event gives students the in-person opportunity to say "thank you" to donors for their generosity and to meet the award recipients. The two groups were able to share experiences, stories and enjoy a wonderful evening.
The Black Hawk College Jazz Ensemble provided entertainment.
